Releases, Round II
You've released all of the males, and they're doing quite well. They've mostly all been radiotagged, and you occasionally track them (using your satellite) to check that they're doing well.
Now that they've all settled in, you can release the second batch of squirrels. You release the teenagers. A couple of weeks later, you release the squirrel families (mostly mother squirrels and their babies).
You're getting a little short on funding. You choose to...
A) try to wrangle some money from local construction companies (other than Santoris, obviously), who have disturbed burrowing owl territory in the near past.
B) organize a burrowing owl fundraiser, selling various baked goods, specialized owl-shaped candies, and owl merchandise.
C) cut corners. Scrimp and save, even at the expense of the success of the operation.
